There are tons of products out there which target on keeping the face looking youthful, but what about your hands? The skin on our hands is very thin, and not taking the proper steps can cause them to age which will thus reveal your true age!

So if you've been scrubbing pots and pans in hot water or cleaning with bleach, maybe it's time to show your hands a little more TLC:
Exfoliate: Applying hand lotions is pointless unless you remove that layer of dead skin. So try exfoliating your hands beforehand (or at least once a week) for noticeably smoother hands.
Lotion: You might think the moisturizer you apply on your face will automatically transfer to your hands, but it only goes down the drain once you wash up with soap. Try to carry hand lotion with you at all times to develop the habit of applying lotion after you wash and dry your hands.
Moisturizing Cuticles: Not everyone is a fan of cuticles, but keeping them hydrated will help prevent that dry, scaly, jagged look. Apply a bit of cuticle and nail oil directly on the cuticle before rub in. Not only will you keep your cuticles soft, but your nails will get some extra attention as well. Practice doing this a couple times a week before bed and you'll soon notice a big difference.
Apply Sunscreen: Unless you wear gloves all the time, it's likely your hands are constantly being exposed to the sun every time you are outside, which is the biggest cause of premature aging resulting in liver spots, wrinkles, etc. Just like lotion, applying sunscreen to your hands on a regular basis will benefit your mitts in the long run.
